Before you begin
Pre-work
What you need
- Fifteen minutes, once a day, for five days.
- A pen and a place to write, or use the boxes on each day.
- A King James Bible open beside you.
- One quiet place where no one will ask you for anything.
How to hold these days
Take one day at a time. Give each day fifteen minutes and a pen.
Every day has the same seven parts. The Scripture, in the King James Version. The Word, where we open the Hebrew behind the English. The Message. The Mirror, a few lines that say what you may not have said out loud. The Workbook, where you write. A Declaration to read aloud. And a Practice to do with your body, not your mind.
The Bible is not a manual. It is a voice. Read it slowly, the way you would read a letter from someone who loves you.
One thing to do first
Before Day One, open the free tools and use the Brain Dump. Name what you are carrying into the wilderness. Then begin.
